"interesting work, good people, supervisors gave me increasing responsibilities"

"Senior management didn't care much about employees, but mid-level engineering supervisors were great."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't treat employees as being so disposable (senior management). Employees know the economy is tough, but that doesn't mean they should be treated as if they don't matter. NOTE: This applied 15 or 16 years ago - might be totally different now."

"I liked the high tech opportunities."

"Was able to work on many differnt project at once."

"If you are not in sales, Run, Run Forest Run."

"Managment was week to week no real direction until it was on fire."

"Take care of those employees that have workfor you for over 20 years before moving there jobs to Mexico."

"Work was easy and no challenge. The teams were comprised of great people."

"Be willing to work any schedule at any time, and be sure to convey your skills to them, and then cross your fingers if you will get hired or not."

"I disliked the very poor compensation and performance evaluation. Senior management were not listeners, but liked to direct, which caused them to miss numerous opportunities to improve the business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Remove the politics in recruiting managers, give more latitude to local management, and be open to employees providing some good points. Top management should work on getting the trust of the employees."

"Ask for the person interviewing you to put their job titles in writing and keep a log of work that you do. Management seems to blame project faults on everyone else and they are very condescending towards their employees."
What don't you like about working at Bergmann Associates?
"A very poorly organized office, lack of time management and couldn't produce a product on time. Office didn't take responsibility for action and was a very unethical office."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't talk down to employees, keep the promises that you make and listen to new and any ideas people have."
