"I really love the design and modeling of parts which will work to satisfy some need. Some times the process can be very hard due to lack of time, lack of budget...etc, however this makes you to face different scenaries which never passed for your mind before and push you to get solutions to these issues in order to get your part on time, on budget...etc."

"Look up the STAR interview process, and be ready for an intense interview (friendly, but intense)."

"Sometimes General Motors trips over its own feet due to the size of the company. Streamlining this company is key, and they are making progress."

"Local management: keep doing what you are doing, because it is a great place to work. Executive management: be honest with me, tell me the direction of the organization and health of the functional team. I need to understand the bigger picture and how I fit into it."

"The opportunity to continue learning new things and be continuously improving designs and processes."

"Be always honest with your interviewer and be sure of your accomplishments."

"To continue growing within the company and because it is too big, it takes some time the get considered for a promotion."
