"Company direction and management is severely lacking, possibly in part due to the continual change of management personnel. While decisions and communication are poor between upper management and employees, the relationship across the board between the actual people is spectacular. Not only that, but flexibility and growth are widespread if one is willing to take action on it due to the "start-up" culture that exists."
