"Limited client base. The clients they do have have little respect for partnership and don't seem to share a passion, or ability, to achieve great work that will move a business forward.Lack of corporate direction. Dentsu has no viable plan for organic growth. This has been true for the over 30 years they have been in the US. The current strategy of acquisition is suspect. Current US management has limited vision, little understanding of how an agency works and little regard for the people that work at the agency."

"Develop a viable plan for organic growth. Be honest with new hires. Find strong people and support them."
