"I would say to them to display a positive attitude as well as an out going personality because this is what will help them on the phones as there will be a lot of phone interaction. They should also have great phone etiquette"

"What I didn't like about it was that we had to incoporate sales into our conversation which we were told we wouldn't have to do"

"I think that I would just say to limit the amount of products that we had to upsale."

"When McBee and Deluxe merged there were a lot of changes that didn't go into the favor of the sales reps. pockets."
