"I have worked for the company for a number of years. Original company I worked for was acquired by Deluxe as they grew there FinTech solutions. There are issues with the integration and often in culture of the company. I believe they are still trying to understand who they are as a software development company and what their products are. Overall the quality of staff is great, chances to advance and grow are limited unless willing to move to Atlanta, however change off senior management and Covid forcing work from home has hopefully made them see the light in the value of a diverse and remote team."
"Decent company but has work to do in their leadership and the direction they want to go in the future. It is over a hundred year old company who made their money on checks and the new CEO has his work cut out for him. They struggle in making changes and being innovative and move slow. They are not good a promotions or helping people to grow. In addition, they are not very flexible even though they promote themselves as one of the top 100 companies for remote work. They have a ways to go."
"Major upper management changes"
"Good culture, nice people. Struggling a bit with changes in the marketplace."
"You are just a number to them! They don't care if you are sick, or anything that has to do w/ your family! You have to be there, or your fired! I am a single mom and my daughter was sick, I was told either I go get her and lose my job or stay, I left. Rude managers. Awful!"
"Deluxe makes checks. Checks are ending. Soon you will be out of a job."
