"I have worked for the company for a number of years. Original company I worked for was acquired by Deluxe as they grew there FinTech solutions. There are issues with the integration and often in culture of the company. I believe they are still trying to understand who they are as a software development company and what their products are. Overall the quality of staff is great, chances to advance and grow are limited unless willing to move to Atlanta, however change off senior management and Covid forcing work from home has hopefully made them see the light in the value of a diverse and remote team."

"Decent company but has work to do in their leadership and the direction they want to go in the future. It is over a hundred year old company who made their money on checks and the new CEO has his work cut out for him. They struggle in making changes and being innovative and move slow. They are not good a promotions or helping people to grow. In addition, they are not very flexible even though they promote themselves as one of the top 100 companies for remote work. They have a ways to go."

"I disliked the hours. I currently work the night shift and my work week begins on Sunday and ends on Thursday."

"The recommendation I have for the Lean Engineer is to spend more time out on the production floor to fully understand the processes."

"Do not interview with this company. They are not profitable now which means it is not sustainable."

"I do not like the management at my current company. I do not like the fact that there is no advancement opportunities at the company. I do not like the commute to LA everyday."

"I do not have any suggestions for management because suggestions are ignored and not listened to."

"I have the freedom to accomplish my taks in a maner that works for me. I also get to use a MacBook Pro as my workstation computer. Environment is very relaxed so long as you get your work done."

"Be yourself. Be prepared to have high expectations through upon you and be prepared for the internet."

What don't you like about working at Deluxe Corporation?

"Two things I dislike about working here. The internet/intranet here is the slowest I've ever had to wrk with. This has caused severe quality issues in testing a website creation tasks. The only other thing is the commute."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fix the network, or allow us to utilize the companies VPN tools to use a local internet provider and access the exchange server via VPN."
