3.1 I have worked for the company for a number of years. Original company I worked for was acquired by Deluxe as they grew there FinTech solutions. There are issues with the integration and often in culture of the company. I believe they are still trying to understand who they are as a software development company and what their products are. Overall the quality of staff is great, chances to advance and grow are limited unless willing to move to Atlanta, however change off senior management and Covid forcing work from home has hopefully made them see the light in the value of a diverse and remote team.
