2There are too many private management meetings. Employees doesn't have any idea what is going on. There is too much turnover. Management needs to train and help their employee grow in order for the company to grow. The CEO thinks an employee is a dime a dozen. He doesn't care what you think just do what he wants. Management doesn't even offer raises or suggest to the CEO. The CEO scoffs at raises. The CEO doesn't even take the time to say hI or see how you're doing, you feel like you're a tool. Management is also scared for their jobs if they don't follow the CEO's instructions.
