What do you like about working at DeltaTRAK?

"My coworkers were fun to have. It's a small company where you can have good working relationships and get to know people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I wouldn't interview with this company. You don't get a raise and they don't offer fair salaries. Why would you want to work with a company that doesn't help you to advance or grow Ask any employee there and you'll know. This company is not worth it, ask about the turnover rate."

What don't you like about working at DeltaTRAK?

"Management and CEO thought less of their employees. Raises were rare. Employees who have been there for more then 5-10 years never get raises and they are far and few. Too many private meetings with management meaning they don't trust their employees and they don't let their employees have participation in helping to grow the company. There's too much turnover there. The CEO always looks down on you and never takes suggestions instead uses his and that's the only way. No room for growth or advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There are too many private management meetings. Employees doesn't have any idea what is going on. There is too much turnover. Management needs to train and help their employee grow in order for the company to grow. The CEO thinks an employee is a dime a dozen. He doesn't care what you think just do what he wants. Management doesn't even offer raises or suggest to the CEO. The CEO scoffs at raises. The CEO doesn't even take the time to say hI or see how you're doing, you feel like you're a tool. Management is also scared for their jobs if they don't follow the CEO's instructions."
