The culture is changing, which can be a difficult transition for anyone, but the more positivity and support you bring with you, the higher rate of a successful outcome."

What do you like about working at Delta Dental?

"No one watches over you, you pretty much are left alone and trusted as long as your work doesn't suffer and is done in a timely manner. Lot's of team work is implemented."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Teamwork is something you have to Be enthusiastic about and always push for growth potential in the company and ways the company can grow. Ask lots of questions and be flexible with job expectations."

What don't you like about working at Delta Dental?

"Our health benefits are based on us passing a Well Fitness program. The things you need to pass to get low cost insurance are blood glucose, BMI, cholesterol, blood pressure, waist inches and they swab mouth for tobacco use and second hand tobacco use, these test include family members included on your insurance as well. If you or family member don't pass or refuse testing, you pay 20% for insurance which is rediculous!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay closer attention to getting rid of the trouble makers in the company instead of just ignoring the problem, it lowers employee morale and makes job performance by everyone around less effective."
