"If you take care of your people they will take care of you. Morale is non existent due to poor management and management culture. To them the employees are just numbers."

"The newest/latest executive leadership team must understand and protect Deltas brand and values when determining new business plans in order to protect its integrity for all customers. Customer Service should remain the top priority for its business decisions."
