"Sometimes the union politics got in the way of me being able to do my job, with more senior members in the deli getting upset whenever I would want to do something that isn't done the way they would want it done. Regardless, the hours were decent for someone going to school full time and the managers were helpful with allowing time to be scheduled off for important events."
"I LOVE being in touch with people. I get great enjoyment out of helping the general public with different things, in my working in this department, I have on occasion shared some cooking tips or ideas of how to use something that a customer may not have thought of themselves. I also like that there are people out there that I can share a smile with, and get one back."
"We never have help at work so its busy and we get in trouble for not getting things done regardless of no help. It is very hard, tiring and stressful. The only thing that is good is the other employees all feel the same way so you have people you can talk to and laugh with to keep the stress from completely getting to you."

"The managers put unreasonable workloads on employees and never thank them for working hard. treat us very disrespectfully and never help out"

"Treat the employees with respect, thank them for their hard work. BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING and be easy to get along with"

"DON'T DO IT!!!!! Also the worst place that I have ever worked!"

"the snoody customers, the owner,, some of the managers, the employees that somehow make it through the day with barely doing anything"

"if you like to be sexually harassed on a daily basis, this is the place to work!!!!"

"Hours, Pay, the OWNER is INSANE, he has his obvious favorite, no one is treated equally and many more reasons"

"not call your employees idiot, stupid, moron, hoosier, tell us to do something one way and when we do it that way you act like we are stupid!!!!!"
