Hired in at Dekker with high hopes and great expectations and left after a few months with no hope. Management, including HR is inappropriate, demeaning and intimidating. Too much time spent patting themselves on the back and not nearly enough time dedicated to helping establish a comfortable and productive work environment. If you are looking for a happy, comfortable place to work where you can succeed then look somewhere else."

"If budgets are being cut, operational purchases should come first. Not TVs for offices that don't get used or other toys that no one uses."
