DCP Midstream Employee

"I worked for DCP for almost 15 years and when things got tough they got rid of the people who were there the longest, had the most experience and made the most money."

Senior Designer

"I loved the people and the work I did there. Oil and gas are political. I am sad to say my whole department was let go during the Covid19. I learned a lot about myself, my work, I was paid well, I was successful. I cannot say that about colleagues that worked on other projects. I am proud of what I learned and how I grew in my profession."

Process Engineering Intern

"I worked at DCP as an intern during the summer of 2008. Although I gained some very valuable experience as a Chemical Engineer, I figured out that the oil and natural gas industry did not appeal to me very much.I was constantly working on Process Simulation and making trips to the plants to gather real-time data for the simulation programs."
