"I found DCP Midstream as a company that cares much for its employees while making sure that operating capability is maintained at the highest level of excellence."
"DCP Midstream is one of the biggest transporters of oil and gas in the country. The culture is characterized by professionalism, mutual respect and courtesy among its employees. The management is very much protective and supportive of its employees as can be observed on its corporate policies and the generous remuneration and compensation it provides"
"I worked for DCP Midstream from March 12, 2018 until April 10, 2020. I found the company as very family oriented and heavily focused on the welfare and development of its employees. It provides one of the best benefit package if not the best one on the oil and gas industry. Working for DCP Midstream provided me with one of the best career experiences that an employee could ask for."
"Good company going through bad times,"
"I loved the people and the work I did there. Oil and gas are political. I am sad to say my whole department was let go during the Covid19. I learned a lot about myself, my work, I was paid well, I was successful. I cannot say that about colleagues that worked on other projects. I am proud of what I learned and how I grew in my profession."
"I worked at DCP as an intern during the summer of 2008. Although I gained some very valuable experience as a Chemical Engineer, I figured out that the oil and natural gas industry did not appeal to me very much.I was constantly working on Process Simulation and making trips to the plants to gather real-time data for the simulation programs."

What suggestions do you have for management?
