Absorbing the newcomer in the team giving them the confidence to come forward and discuss anything pertaining to plans or work done. After finishing it in late 2014 I returned to Texas and continued work in San Antonio for 2 new Elementary Schools . I left dck to try and save my marriage by working locate locations in Houston . In early 2017, dck called me to see if I would consider coming back to go to Bermuda and build a "Ritz Carlson Hotel" ? since, at this point I was single I agreed and went to Bermuda . Late in 2018 the project was placed on hold to refinance and it's still currently shut down . I've traveled all over the Caribbean until 2019 when they asked me to come to Calistoga, California to help finish an "Four Seasons Resort" . Which is where I'm currently working ."
