"I've worked with Greater Dayton RTA for over 3 years now. I really like the company and the people that work there. However the upper management is difficult to work for. They hold grudges and if you get on their bad side it will be.a long time before you see any peace. You are micromanaged to the point that you have to have an email approved by your boss before having it sent to the the organization. People here are afraid to do their jobs for fear of losing their jobs."
