"During the initial hiring process they speak so highly of the company goals and blah, blah, usual pitch, but in reality it's all opposite. They hired me and then laid off saying they had a bad quarter, when a week before they had a company wide presentation stating we are growing... person should be fired as CFO I guess. Work place is as pathetic as one can imagine... broken desk, ripped walls. overall had simply the worst experience of my life."

"The people you work with in the company are great, with the exception of management"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"A lot of people leave after a year because they can't adjust to the ridiculous policies and procedures put in place. There are alot of obstacels that prevent you from doing your job."

What don't you like about working at Dataprise?

"Management has unrealistic expectations, especially as it relates to the renewal of customers contracts. Many customers are sick of dealing with the company and look elsewhere. No amount of work by the guys in the field can make up for the mess at corporate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire people with management experience!Improve product offerings. Stop looking for one-size-fits-all solutions."

"The company was very team and family oriented. Everyone was nice and appeared to be working to the same goal."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to answer technical questions to the best of your ability, don't be afraid to say that you don't know but have a plan on how you would research and discover the answer to the best of you ability. Never be afraid to ask for help."

What don't you like about working at Dataprise?

"I am looking to work in a more organized environment that is focused on building teamwork and through training to set expectations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was very fair in the treatment of their employees. More emphasis on standardized training and cross training I believe would be very beneficial."
