"You must be able to work with engineers and provide detailed project reporting."

"The decision was made by management to close down the department."

"Provide more notice to employees about future plans that involve major decisions like closing an branch office."

"I liked being able to help out. I understood that I wasn't in charge but it was nice to be able to aid my managers and supervisors when they needed some extra help."

"Be honest and understand that if you are hired you may face a lot of delays and obstacles in achieving the company's set goals."
What don't you like about working at Houston-Galveston Area Council?
"Because it was a government position I did not like the politics, I really love just being able to do a job well. Unfortunately doing a job well in this environment did not always mean that you were given the benefits associated with good work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions for management would be to do the best you can with the resources that you have. So much of their work is controlled by outside political forces which sometimes means it was counterproductive to the task at hand."

"It is a good place to work. I enjoy the work that I do and some of the people I interact with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"For the position that I do they would need to know how to set up a database and write quires to search the database. Also need to know ASP.NET for web content."
What don't you like about working at Central Washington University?
"Need more support of what I do and more resources to help accomplish what needs to be done."

"It was always changing and I learned something new everyday."

"You have to get past the HR reciter in order for a manger to see your resume."
What don't you like about working at Nielsen?
"The office politics were horrible and the managers did not foster an environment or respect."

"Just because someone has worked at the company for 40 years does not mean they are doing their current job well."

"My company was recently acquired by Kforce - not a lot of history with Kforce."

"Flexible hours."

"No effort to find another Kforce project for me."
