"Be honest and understand that if you are hired you may face a lot of delays and obstacles in achieving the company's set goals."

What don't you like about working at Houston-Galveston Area Council?

"Because it was a government position I did not like the politics, I really love just being able to do a job well. Unfortunately doing a job well in this environment did not always mean that you were given the benefits associated with good work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestions for management would be to do the best you can with the resources that you have. So much of their work is controlled by outside political forces which sometimes means it was counterproductive to the task at hand."
