"Make sure you ask alot of questions. Make sure you understand the healthcare plan and the bonus structure."

"Engineers and lower management are treated as though they are expendable."

"Value their employees. Provide better healthcare, vacation and tools. Upper management needs to reach out to the teams from time to time,"
