4.1 I have supported Dacor’s company goals and initiatives for 2 years. I have found the management to be strong and supportive for personal and company growth. The company has a high level of integrity for their products and the environment. Dacor is willing to make the appropriate market changes to keep up with new technology. They have been strong supporters of their independent and nationL accounts. The employees have long standing careers and devotion to the family heritage.

3.5 I've been working for Dacor virtually as my first job after graduated from college, therefore, I don't have much to compare to other companies. Through talking to friends and coworkers, I found out that the working environment at Dacor is about average.

2.2 Although they are a luxury appliance company, their office technology is antiquated; nothing says "high end" about this employer. They have a high turn-over of employees because they don't appreciate their top talent. There isn't really a company "culture" so it often feels disconnected, like a bunch of separate departments working independently instead of one cohesive company. The office politics are blatantly obvious and there's a fair amount of favoritism.

Headquartered in the City of Industry, California Dacor offers products in over 1,500 retail locations throughout North America and selected countries worldwide. Founded in 1933, Stan Joseph started the business by opening a small appliance store in Northern California with the support of his devoted wife Florence.

Michael Joseph served as the CEO of the company and Anthony Joseph served as the president. Both Mike and Tony were inducted into the National Kitchen and Bath Association Hall of Fame. Michael is the current President of the company.
