"Although they are a luxury appliance company, their office technology is antiquated; nothing says "high end" about this employer. They have a high turn-over of employees because they don't appreciate their top talent. There isn't really a company "culture" so it often feels disconnected, like a bunch of separate departments working independently instead of one cohesive company. The office politics are blatantly obvious and there's a fair amount of favoritism."

"If you wan't below average compensation, concern for your job everyday and like to deal with management that has no clue...Then this is the place for you!"

"Poor upper management that has no idea of what they are doing. This company used to be The company to work for, not even close to that now."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Resign! Bring back the management style that existed in the 90's along with the philosophies, team work and family atmosphere."
