"I have supported Dacor’s company goals and initiatives for 2 years. I have found the management to be strong and supportive for personal and company growth. The company has a high level of integrity for their products and the environment. Dacor is willing to make the appropriate market changes to keep up with new technology. They have been strong supporters of their independent and nationL accounts. The employees have long standing careers and devotion to the family heritage."
"Although they are a luxury appliance company, their office technology is antiquated; nothing says "high end" about this employer. They have a high turn-over of employees because they don't appreciate their top talent. There isn't really a company "culture" so it often feels disconnected, like a bunch of separate departments working independently instead of one cohesive company. The office politics are blatantly obvious and there's a fair amount of favoritism."
