"I worked for CyberCoders as a Business Development Associate and it was a straight forward job. Typical 9-5, good benefits. I got paid hourly with commission. The commission was based off placements since it was a recruiting firm. I was fortunate enough to have a great manager, however I've heard from others that their managers were micromanaging their process. At the end of the day it was a decent place to work."

"I like having the freedom to be successful ! No market restrictions - we recruit all across the US and into Canada. The majority of my clients are out of state. If you are dedicated to being successful, you will be well compensated for your efforts. Also, we only hire experienced recruiters, so there's no having to worry about recent college grads!"
