"I worked at Cvs Pharmacy since approximately last 2 years. I love working because I meet new customers daily, and make new friends. I enjoy the environment in the Pharmacy when there is low work-load; and, the best part of working in Pharmacy is when majority of employees are working together to finish pending works. I love helping customers and getting positive feedback for myself."

"Good benefits at CVS Pharmacy."

What do you like about working at CVS?

"I usually love the people I work with. I have worked at more than 15 stores around Virginia and I have gotten along with 98% of the employees I have worked with. I also love that I never know what to expect from each days work. Some days are long and grueling with many issues to resolve and some days are easy and relaxing."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"I do not like that each district of stores do not have identical rules. I have helped out at many stores around Virginia and it seems I am constantly adapting to each and every store. There should be better corporate culture."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please take time out to understand and hear out the employees at the store level rather than taking the customers word each and every time. We do not have an ulterior motive because you allow us to pay our bills while customers possibly could and have no regard for the outcome of a situation."
