What do you like about working at CVS?

"I enjoyed the knowledge I gained about medications. Also the great employees and supportive boss."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"You do so much but don't get paid as well as you should. I do everything from typing scripts, dealing with 3rd party billing issues, and calling Dr's offices and filling in different stores just to make 40 hours. Also there are no benefits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay the technicians more and if they are working full time, they should be allowed benefits just like everyone else."

"There are really great benefits at CVS Pharmacy."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Think twice before you go to work for these people. They try to paint a rosy picture, then once you're in things start to get bad."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"I hate the lack of respect."

"They need to treat their employees as human beings with the same respect they would like to receive."
