"I believe they should ask about what kind of training will be provided and what is expected of each individual on a daily basis."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"We are the only pharmacy in town and do more prescriptions than the bigger cities. It is generally extremely busy with very little training available. Most days it is so busy, a person feels like you are doing too many things at one time. It is a very stressful and hectic environment the majority of my working hours. I want to feel like I'm doing my best at providing the best service to our customers/patients. We lack adequate space and the proper training of new employees for this to be possible."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The Pharmacy needs to be remodeled to be 100% efficient. The training regimen needs to be revamped."

"CVS provided me with good work experience. I worked with the public and learned a lot about the pharmaceutical industry."

"CVS is a good place to get some experience especially if you are interested in attending pharmacy school after obtaining your undergrad degree."

"The upper management at CVS really makes it clear that you are replaceable and don't really matter to them."

"Treat all your employees with respect and reward good workers for their efforts."

"It is a great place to work because of the schedule flexibility when I was a student, but it is lacking as an opportunity to use and expand my current knowledge and build additional professional skills."

"Health care is very business oriented and like most corporations, too much time is spent on getting the most value out of people and not enough is spent on personal patient care."
