Some of the leaders are cool to work for, but there are others that would be willing to throw you under the bus if it would make them look good."

"Have confidence in your ability, don't join , don't go for the interview. Its a Masquerade. Look for something else even if it means remaining unemployed."

What don't you like about working at Cvent?

"2 year bond for only India Employees, Data Entry Job, No Learning, Job profile includes filling addresses and phone numbers, No transparency in Promotions & IJP's. Everyone looking to get out. Getting a job after this very difficult."
