"Be prepared to stick to your convictions and battling it out with inexperienced managers. You're the designer. You make it happen."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"Management is hired based upon what they previously managed and not what they are currently required to manage in the ranks of design and printing. It created nothing but a headache when you know what you have to do to get the job done and most importantly satisfy the customer rather than what policy requires you to do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be prepared to be required to be knowledgeable and engaging when it comes to printing and graphic designing. Passing the buck shouldn't be a technique when describing your managing skills."
