4.7 I have worked as a Contract UW, Project Manager, Platform Coordinator, QC for the past 5 years. I work directly for an Executive Managing Director. This inquiry is discreet. I am treated and paid well due to the extreme, discreet NDA requirements of our clients. My relationship has been fruitful and exciting; however, work at this time is barely-existent. I was beginning to explore full-time options prior to the virus. I want to use this time off to explore options before I get loaded down again and have no time. I would have to find a suitable replacement. I have worked remotely for years, as well as put in a number of years as a Road Warrior. I have no children and am extremely self-motivated. I would be perfect for this job!

3.3 I have been working with Cushman and Wakefield for two years. They are a large international real estate firm that is very keen on expansion into growing markets and offering a vast variety of services in order to assist clients in Real Estate needs. The Project Management division in particular currently focuses on obtaining multi-market clients in order to secure projects across the entire portfolio. There is also a focus on working together as a team from Brokers all the way to property managers in order to provide a seamless service line among all clientele.

4.6 I worked for C&W on the Automobile of Southern California Account from 10/9/2009 to 09/16/2020. I found it to be a real career booster for me. I found great satisfaction building relationships with the Auto Club & C&W people. Over the years my work has become increasingly satisfying & gratifying as I completed projects for the client & received unsolicited positive feedback on the success of the installation. I have continually grown into the position & consider it one of my greatest accomplishments of my career.
