"Underpaid and overworked. Should be the Cushman motto... Unpaid OT Meal Breaks On Call/Standby Expect you to work your entire life and from home on call for free. Worst company I've ever worked for hands down. Been in this industry 19 years and have never been mistreated this way. Must answer calls on unpaid meal breaks. Must answer calls and respond to emergencies. Unpaid and expected to change your life and expected to stay near by with NO PAY unless called in..."

"I have worked here for almost 11 years and have been through 4 name changes since. Low moral, no room for growth, no support, horrible culture."

"I worked for C&W on the Automobile of Southern California Account from 10/9/2009 to 09/16/2020. I found it to be a real career booster for me. I found great satisfaction building relationships with the Auto Club & C&W people. Over the years my work has become increasingly satisfying & gratifying as I completed projects for the client & received unsolicited positive feedback on the success of the installation. I have continually grown into the position & consider it one of my greatest accomplishments of my career."

"I have worked for Cushman & Wakefield on-site at Google for about 10 months. I have helped contribute to the growth of the account from 450 to 550 employees. I enjoy talking to future prospects of all different backgrounds and helping them find that next role that will propel them forward in their career."

"I have worked at the client's building for nine years. The managing company's changed three times in that period. While the last company wasn't at fault because the client released all but a handful of people and hired contractors to do everything at lower wages. There was a mass exodus. the company that signed my checks made no decisions about anything. From pay to holidays nothing was decided by the employer. Hard to fault someone that didn't have any control."

"I have been working with Cushman and Wakefield for two years. They are a large international real estate firm that is very keen on expansion into growing markets and offering a vast variety of services in order to assist clients in Real Estate needs. The Project Management division in particular currently focuses on obtaining multi-market clients in order to secure projects across the entire portfolio. There is also a focus on working together as a team from Brokers all the way to property managers in order to provide a seamless service line among all clientele."
