"I've been with Cumulus for 3 years. I enjoy working for the company. They are like the rest, some are haves and some are have nots. If you do your job you can do well. It seems they are going in a lot of different directions. If they realize they need to take care of their current staff they will do just fine. If not they we have a lot of openings very soon."
"Cumulus provides a very atypical business culture. Expectations are incredibly high, resources and training are lacking. Overall leadership at the Corporate level is almost non existent. The local markets are not provided the resources and training that is required to be a successful, PARTICULARLY on the Digital forefront. The local markets are filled with wonderfully dedicated, hard working staff. If only they had the backing of Corporate and true leadership, they could accomplish so much more."
