What do you like about working at XM Brands?
"I enjoyed the people I worked with. The atmosphere was very fast paced, but those who worked alongside of me helped to keep the mood light and enjoyable. I also enjoyed the line of work, and delivering results that were noticed by my superiors."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are light hearted and don't do well with strict deadlines and a fast paced atmosphere, you need not apply. Never take anything too personally, as stress causes management to often sound a little harder than they intend to be. Be punctual in everything you do, and never bite off more than you can chew, as you will get stuck with a full mouth and a plateful still awaiting you."
What don't you like about working at XM Brands?
"The company itself was not run as ethically as I would have liked, and ultimately led to my decision to take my talents elsewhere."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Always remember your employees are the most important people in the building, and treating everyone with respect and providing the occasional pat on the back helps to create a great atmosphere to work in."
What do you like about working at Avaya?
"I like creating a new business and new products to enter that business. I also like working with customers and building solutions."
