"It's awesome to be in control of what you're doing and have a say in the direction where the company is headed. The downside is that your decisions have implications on the overall success of the company and you have to get everything right, design decisions you make effect how the product you're developing would behave in the real world and most of it you get to know once its in the market, because its much prototyping and you have to use intuition and experience to get it right the first time."
