If you push it, you have to work at least a year to get recognized and even then you'll merely get a pat on the back."

"Overall it's a great company but that doesn't matter when you get paid peanuts. It's unfortunate that some positions are payed so horribly, especially when people work their butts off and do all they can to get noticed for a higher position. People here are just greedy and only care about themselves. As a college graduate with student loans, an apartment, bills, etc... how does this company expect you to support yourself and family by making $12 an hour?"
