"Leading a team of employees who were consolidated from 5 plants in to 1, showing them the power of positive leadership techniques to improve relations, the reason to standardize operations and focus on documenting Best Practice processes, replacing older equipment controls with VFD and PLCs which improve production, taking a team from one of Country Club atmosphere to a more structured, forward thinking, accountible organization."
