What do you like about working at Crown Equipment?

"Leading a team of employees who were consolidated from 5 plants in to 1, showing them the power of positive leadership techniques to improve relations, the reason to standardize operations and focus on documenting Best Practice processes, replacing older equipment controls with VFD and PLCs which improve production, taking a team from one of Country Club atmosphere to a more structured, forward thinking, accountible organization."

What don't you like about working at Crown Equipment?

"With the organizational changes, the changes in my responsibilities indicate a lack of consistency at the senior levels on their core values and expectations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop a vision of the Division, communicate this through the organization, and move to achieve it."
