"This company doesn't care about walking on other vendors' toes so that they can get more money, I'm a different vendor and have my company name on my boxes but yet they have their vendor come in the store and do my job and they don't care about that affecting my income, they're very disrespectful"

"I have been at Crossmark several years. In that time the company has been bought and sold at least twice! Every new owner gives us more hoops to jump through, more little tasks (with NO added pay!), more restrictions and conditions to adhere to; the noose just gets tighter and tighter! I have been layed-off 3 times in the years I've been here and twice I was notified by EMAIL! My supervisor DIDN'T EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO CALL ME IN PERSON! My supervisor constantly complains about people quitting on her (DUH!!!) I have not had a raise in over two years, but Inflation continues to skyrocket!!!Part-timers (EVERYBODY is part-time!) don't get any paid vacation, holidays or sick days! I've been with Crossmark longer than I care to admit and I am still only making $15 an hour! Recently EVERYBODY in the company was REQUIRED to sign a waiver "CONSENTING" to GPS tracking on our company provided device (phone, tablet)! So if you finish working at 5PM and decide to stop at a bar, WHATEVER- than they know where you are AFTER working hours! The device is assigned to you, you have to have it with you at all times because you are responsible for it! These are SOME of the reasons I'm on Indeed looking for a DIFFERENT job! Crossmark is a revolving door company on the decline."

"So, Crossmark broke my soul. I got hired on for an eventual regional manager position with eventual higher pay by the end of a couple months. Ummm...no. That, and the person they had to come down and "train" me was a tyrannical something or another. This person constantly made comments toward my person, talked about how the people they train are stupid and how I need to buy them lunch for "driving miles to train me. As a thank you gift." And, turn a 90 minute job into 12 hours!! And, when you're not dealing with a "trainer", you're dealing with 6 apps to just report your work, plus this Whatsapp bologna to keep in more contact with them, plus, your manager is constantly telling you that they have a life and don't email or text them at certain times, but they are constantly hounding you. You'll wake up to 5 missed phone calls, 8 emails and more text messages than you can count just to "check in". That part is very cult-ish to me. The whole "We need to be in contact the whole time." thing. And they'll call you out of the blue to try and pry into your personal life. Then, at the same time, hate when you say you cannot work certain days because you do have something called a family and have personal obligations to them. They'll be mad about it! And they'll even be more P.O'd when you call them out on the job description: Flexible schedule. That's why I took this job, so it can go around my life. It has definitely broke my soul. So many contradictions and more. I wouldn't suggest working here!!!"

"I worked for this company for one year, the supervisor was rarely there and when we got a new supervisor, she bullied and allowed bullying by fellow employees. They do not wash strawberries when dipping them in chocolate for Valentines Day, Easter, and Mother’s Day! I have photos of supervisor changing the expiration date on the strawberries, so they don’t have to be thrown out!"

"What a dump. I was there ten years. The company went from the best to the worst overnight after a series of manager layoffs. The managers and upper level staff now could care less about their employees. You pull them out of the fire when they need something and they take work and stores away from you as a reward. They worked you to death during covid19 with no hazard pay and thank you by taking away the work they gave you and more. They just dont care about their employees. The company wont be around much longer. GOOD RIDDANCE"

"I've worked for Crossmark/Sam's Club for two years. It has been a wonderful experience. I enjoyed presenting the product, having them test the product and selling the product. By doing this on a part-time basis, I sold a lot of products and I also made friends with the members at Sam's Club. It's a great company to work for."
