"Unprofessional, unethical, amateur hour. Do not consider them unless you are desperate. They openly brag about how they "manage" people into quitting if they do not want them there anymore. Pay is well below market. Upper management has a state incentive for "creating jobs" so they are letting people go at headquarters and hiring new people at a much lower salary in the incentive state."

"High stress level! Terrible management! Could not even get a day off for Christmas. And HR dept will always side with the company and never help out the employee."

"All my co-workers would do any thing to throw you under a bus to make themselves look good and you look bad."

"Stop being so greedy and pay more attention to making your employees happier."

"Not much. Fast paced. Time goes by pretty fast. A lot of the technicians that I talk to are nice people."

"Just skip the interview and look for a different job. Really, this is not a good place to work."
What don't you like about working at CrossCom National?
"Management and higher ups are unreliable. The other people who worked in my department would stab their own mother to get ahead. I could not trust anyone as far as I could throw a bus. Also, if the higher ups want you where you are, they will ANYTHING to keep you from advancing or moving to a different position. Even if it means fabricating evidence of you not doing a good job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When I worked here, I wouldn't know the owner if I had to pick him out of a line up. Not once did he (or she for all I know) show up and say hello or anything. I just felt like a tool to make some stranger richer."
