"The problem is the way they mandate for other call centers, and all the weigh is the burden of one call center. Conflicting policies and training issues, and under staffing."

"I would start by restructuring the chain of command, how employees are trained, and the way staffing was planned. I would make sure any redundant policies are terminated and the call centers all follow the same protocols."
