"re-evaluate the way that decisions are made concerning the advertising budgets. More creative and accepted ways need to be developed to get the word out about the benefits of our product"

"My company is going through many changes and in the process, people are being let go and restructured every six months. Morale is very low."

"Caution !! There are many great departments and bosses. It is always being an only report and working remote, i.e., SD-HQ and Denver as second. An uncooperative boss makes this easy function, difficult."

"Being a Senior GIS BI Analyst and the only direct report, and treated with contempt and unrealistic deadlines when OPEN positions were unfilled for 14 months. Was treated by boss with cooperativeness and belligerence."

"The Manager moved to another department after the tenure of my resignation. Should have been removed from company instead of a resignation from the one doing all the work. An employee should not have to work with EAP and go to Physiological counseling to cope. This is with many Cricket employees."
"I've worked with Alitco Fuel Installation company. I found this company very strong and wished to stay but I had to leave to the United states where my family is living. I then began to work for Cricket Co. Cricket Co. is a great business as well. However, I want to work around my degree."
"Minimum Viable Product is the companies mantra. Development is done in a silo through old developer relations and then dumped over the fence for teams to struggle with."
"Contractors were given very little freedom to provide input on a project. Very rigid environment. One step removed from a coding farm. Team was fired because we delivered too quickly and they had no follow up work lined up."
