"Nothing. They were, by far, the least organized, most UN-quality conscious company I've ever had the misfortune to work for."

"Grow up. Fire everyone there and get people who know what quality assurance is."

"My boss. Fire drills every single day, never taking the time to plan ahead and try to get things right. It was very hard to affect the kind of change that was needed."

"Take the time to implement process and make the lives of the IT people better. Don't threaten to send jobs overseas, do the right thing and listen to the people there."
