"The management changed almost every 3+ years and that means new direction. With this new management came new managers, hence hindering the promotion of internal staff."

"I wish they promoted more people from within, as the general consensus was it was easier to get promoted by leaving and going back then through the internal process."

"Everything seems to be falling apart. Things are only getting worse."

"I would have my middle management provide realistic assessments of their respective groups and heed their word accordingly. My company would not strive to make shareholders happy but would employ methods that promote growth and also promote employee satisfaction."

"The coworkers are nice. The work is interesting and fun."
