"No overtime, the Cafe - they don't have a good selection."

"My Controller was a great leader. The holidays were great, and the monthly company outing."

"When interviewing just be positive and smile.They buy us breakfast on Wednesdays."

"Not much. Only that unfortunetly our board of directors elected to move our deparment to the Las Vegas office. However that's business and we have to move forward."

"Having the opportunity to affect the direction of a troubled institution gives me great satisfaction."

"Patience is a virtue. The company is in dire need of a new injection of energy that will stay there for 2 years or more."

"The company has seen enormous turnover in upper-level credit management positions since coming under the Consent Order."

"Having clear goals and sticking to the plan to attain that goals would provide the whole staff a more consistent message."

"It is a great company but some managers are far better than others. Ask questions"

"Get HR and middle/lower management/supervisors up to speed on ADA, DOL, and EEOC law ASAP"

What do you like about working at Bank of America?
"I liked the large and varied deal flow, the quality and professionalism of my co-workers and the breadth and depth of sophistication. Even though I was an excellent credit officer upon arriving, I left knowing a great deal more."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"It was easy to get lost in the very size of the operation. Its international strategy changed too often."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should get back to banking and engage in lines of business that the senior management really understands. Avoid getting into businesses just because everyone else is there."
