"Not much. Only that unfortunetly our board of directors elected to move our deparment to the Las Vegas office. However that's business and we have to move forward."

What do you like about working at Bank of America?

"I liked the large and varied deal flow, the quality and professionalism of my co-workers and the breadth and depth of sophistication. Even though I was an excellent credit officer upon arriving, I left knowing a great deal more."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"It was easy to get lost in the very size of the operation. Its international strategy changed too often."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should get back to banking and engage in lines of business that the senior management really understands. Avoid getting into businesses just because everyone else is there."
