"Sometimes the Company doesnt seem aggressive enough, wants to see reults before the investment and doesnt understand you have to spend money to make money (within reason)"

"Offer the Program Managers an actual Program Management Budget which can be used to enhance the Program and/or subordinate projects and their resources or needed marketing and advertisement."
