"I have worked for CREC Group since 2009, which at the time was only 13 employees strong and was an IT company. I was instrumental in the addition and growth of a Special Operations, Logistics and Training Division which now offers locations up and down the east coast and multiple offices. CREC Group is THE small business of government contracting to be with. Stellar leadership and motivated employees make CREC Group the success it has become and strives to be."

"I like that the company for the most part tries to ensure that the employees are taken care of. This has allowed myself to ensure those employees subordinate to me are also taken care of and treated as actual people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ensure that you have patience and loyalty. This is a company with alot of potential for growth if the cards dealt are played right."
What don't you like about working at CREC Group?
"Sometimes the Company doesnt seem aggressive enough, wants to see reults before the investment and doesnt understand you have to spend money to make money (within reason)"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Offer the Program Managers an actual Program Management Budget which can be used to enhance the Program and/or subordinate projects and their resources or needed marketing and advertisement."
