I would really enjoy the opportunity to be in Management one day. To be a great manager (coach, boss, teacher) one has to be a great motivator, visionary, communicator, and listener. People want to be lead by someone whom they respect and dont want to let down or disappoint. However, management needs to understand that what works for tom may not work for Mary.
