"Cradlepoint has a great product, a great vision - it's just not well communicated overall. I worked there for a year, and I never understood the values. I think with better HR and really focusing not only on the product as they have many remote salespeople - it's about the people in all departments. Some great people to work with, some not so great, just like any company."

"I worked in a remote office,, so communications were a challenge, and required significant travel to stay connected with key decisionmaking."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If running the show, I would slightly change the company focus, and make some strategic personnel changes to help reduce operating expenses."
What do you like about working at CradlePoint?
"You learn lots of things, you have to work to keep your head above water and that separates out the ones who can and the ones who can't quickly. Good autonomy, if a little bit unstructured."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be ready to work hard. Don't be shy. Don't expect there to be a clear guide on how to do things. If it's broken jump in and fix it."
What don't you like about working at CradlePoint?
"Middle management seems to be out of touch with production. Little feedback or unclear communications through that level."

"Create a constant loop feedback stream, work on alignment, get clearer direction."
