"The pay. The only people that make good money in radio are upper management and sales."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work on the on-air content. Make it better. Stop putting all energy, attention, and money into sales. It's hard to sell a bad product. Put energy and resources into having a great on-air product and it will be easier to sell."
